Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We work with trusted dropshipping suppliers located in the USA and Europe to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:
- USA (domestic): 7–15 business days
- Slovakia: 10–20 business days
- Europe (AT, CZ, DE, PL and others): 10–20 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
